I stopped in to this spot late night and it was very busy. A back seating area was mostly full but there was a table open for me. As a young man I had the good fortune to live in Hyderabad for two years and sometimes the cravings for Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani are hard to scratch back home in America... I saw it on the menu and had to try it. No spice level was asked. I took that as good news.... And sure enough what was presented to me was actual honest to goodness full spice level Biryani as I remember from India!!!! If you live in the wild side and want to try the real thing you can get it here. Service was also friendly and efficient. 5 stars from this guy!
We showed up 1/2 before closing, the owner had sent everyone home, he personally served us cooked for us!! Its was some of the best Hummus i have every had!! I is a must go to every time we are in Cleveland now!
I was in town for work and stayed in the same building as Omar Grill. They were open late and I was able to satisfy my late night cravings without having to go far. Their chicken shawarma sandwich was absolutely the best. I've tried many and this is by far the best in my opinion. Your breath gets a bit garlicky but it's so delicious, all worth it. I must've ordered at least 7 of these. Their Iraqi kabab is very flavorful too. I wish I had more time to try the entree items. They all look treat. I would definitely give this place a try.
